As a lead account executive at BeneCard PBF, she renovated their implementation process and served as the key advisor on all renewal RFPs. Most recently, at RxBenefits, a pharmacy benefits optimizer (PBO) working with the “Big 3” PBMs, Monica managed large national accounts and earned accolades for her performance, including nominations for New Rockstar of the Year and Top Strategic Account Executive.
