Before joining Navion, Kristen spent ten years in consulting and eight years in account management at Walgreens, where she worked in their PBM and managed care divisions. During this time, she honed her skills in pricing strategy, vendor partnerships, and contract negotiations, laying a strong foundation for the strategic guidance she provides today.
