As Vice President of Business Development at Navion, formerly AlignRx, Lad Williamson works closely with brokers, TPAs and vendors across the western United States to secure significant pharmacy savings for their employer groups. Lad’s expertise in health plan design, pharmacy benefits and reinsurance, combined with his deep understanding of the financial aspects of the health insurance industry, allows him to deliver innovative, tailored solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Navion, Lad served as National Vice President of Business Development and later as the Director of Business Development with an independent TPA. Before that, he held leadership roles at a regional brokerage in Dallas and was a VP/Producer at USI, specializing in health benefits. Lad also holds a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and is a licensed Life, Health and Welfare Insurance Agent.
